This particular parcel presented many limitations to design options.  The homeowners wanted more space but wanted the impact to their existing structure to be minimal. We explored single-story additions, second-story additions, and even a tree house. After a tremendous amount of research, it was determined that designing and permitting a garage would be the best solution for adding to the home.
