REMODEL

These design-forward clients chose to remodel a mid-century modern home from 1947, implementing significant structural changes and enhancements such as seismic retrofitting, foundation waterproofing, and the removal of the wood burning fireplace. Adopting a comprehensive design strategy allowed us to create an open-concept, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence out of the 2400sqft space. The property has been readied for multi-family development in the back lot, indicating the project's versatility and long-term value.
