Nestled in the peaceful Mercer Island neighborhood, this 1740 square foot residence was once considered an unattractive eyesore. To address their family's needs, the homeowners desired to renovate the property. After several design concepts were proposed, it was ultimately agreed that the home would be reconstructed within its existing footprint, providing the benefit of increased ceiling height and glimpses of Lake Washington.
